Shipping & Returns

What is the turnaround time for an order placed online?

If you submit your order by midnight Wednesday, your order will be shipped out that Friday. We ship our online orders every Friday however if time allows we will ship before Friday.

How do I track my order?

On your PayPal receipt, you will find your customer order ID number. All tracking information will be included with your PayPal information.

How do I exchange or return an item?

For all returns, you must contact us prior to shipping the product back to obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of shipment. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I order a gift creation to be shipped to me?

Due to the way our gift creations are assembled, they cannot be shipped. They must be hand-delivered or picked up only.

Can I return my order for a refund?

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for products damaged in the transit. All merchandise leave in perfect condition from our shop and we take great care to make sure you receive your order in the same condition.

No returns on personal toiletries, soaps, lotions, cleaning products (including dishcloths, sponges, brushes) pillows, pillow covers, linens, towels, candles, diffusers, books, gift cards, wooden pie,cake, cookie, cheese, biscuit boxes and baskets etc.

This list might not be complete because we have extended the non-returnable items during COVID-19 due to difficulty in sanitizing merchandise upon returned goods.

You must contact us prior to shipping (or bringing it) the product back to obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of shipment. Any returns after 14 days we can only offer store credit. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.

How do you ship?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post to keep rates least expensive.

Shipping rates?

Tuliptree & Saga does not make any profit on the shipping fees. The shipping rates noted are the actual costs of shipping provided by the shipper. 

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes, we can ship Internationally. To do this, your order needs to be submitted by e-mail due to our system is not set up to calculate shipping & handling costs outside North America. 

Pick up?

Do you live in the GTA or surrounding areas of Markham? We do offer your order to be picked up at the Tuliptree & Saga barn store in Markham Village for free of charge. When checking out, please choose the 'Pick up at store' option.

We will inform you by email when the parcel is ready to be collected.
