Italian Baba' Cake Tins
These exceptional Italian cake tins are the authentic tins to make Italian Baba' cake. Genuine European good quality since 1920 that has been made for generations in the same way. Located on the riverside of the Lake Maggiore, near the Italian Alps, where tradition is still a value. Italo Ottinetti is specialized in the production of high end aluminum bakeware and baking accessories for over 90 years.
Also wonderful for baking molten cakes or as mousse moulds. These lovely tins are a staple in the Italian households for baking Baba's the original yeast base cake infused with Marsala Wine.
