These exceptional Italian small tart tins are wonderful for baking or as mousse moulds. Genuine European good quality since 1920 that has been made for generations in the same way. Located on the riverside of the Lake Maggiore, near the Italian Alps, where tradition is still a value. Italo Ottinetti is specialized in the production of high end aluminum bakeware and baking accessories for over 90 years.
Perfect used in baking small mazarine cakes (almond cakes) ....or how we love to use the tin is as tea light holders.
These lovely small tins shimmer when lit. The reflection of the silver tin makes a double glowing effect.
