Product Description
Natural Ceramic Pastry Peas
A box of ceramic pastry peas perfect for keeping pastry and pie crusts from blistering and shrinking while baking delicate pastry and pie shells. Re-usable and washable with warm soapy water.
Use: Line the pastry or pie shell with aluminum foil or parchment paper and add ceramic pie weights on top. Bake the shell as required in the recipe.
